Which MacCase will fit my Macbook Air?
The new Macbook Air and the 13" MacBook have the same foot print. Viewed from above they are the same size. When slid into our standard 13" MacCase Sleeve or MacCase Premium Leather 13" Sleeve both the MacBook Air and standard MacBook fit perfectly. The 13" MacCase Sleeve is used with our 13" Messenger, Super Protection Sling and 13" MacPack Combo so all these models will protect and transport the MacBook Air. What are the "V_Carbon" models?
Our "V_Carbon" models reflect the cutting edge aesthetic of Formula One race cars and world class bicycle design with the use of our Virtual Carbon (V-Carbon) material. It's extremely light weight and protective (just like the real stuff), the material itself can be molded into three dimensional shapes to create a case that is just as radical and innovative in it's appearance as in it's ability to protect.

What is BrightSight?

BrightSight is a design vocabulary developed by MacCase that greatly increases the functionality of a product by reflecting ambient or direct light into the once dark, spooky interiors of products like messenger bags and backpacks.

This reflected light creates a bright, almost lit interior environment inside the bag, which allows for better organization, storage and retrieval of everything placed in a BrightSight compartment, especially in low light situations, like on an airplane at night.

This is a MacCase exclusive feature that adds real value and improves the user experience every time the bag is used. Plus it's pretty cool when people go, Wow! when you open your MacCase Messenger, Sling or MacPack Combo backpack.

When will you ship my order?
Upon receipt of your order, our order entry department will generally need between 1-2 business days to verify the payment information and process the order. Actual delivery time depends on your location relative to our San Diego based headquarters. Most orders take about a week to arrive. Back ordered merchandise will take longer.

What kind of warranty to you offer?

What should I do if I am not satisfied with the product I ordered upon receipt?

Be sure to included a note with what you would like us to do (credit your account or exchange) and all correct information we will need to do it. ( A copy of your order, and/or order number and return address). The customer is responsible for return shipping.

What about a refund?
All regular sale items can be refunded. HOWEVER, all clearance sales are final. NO refunds on clearance items will be honored unless the item is defective. You can exchange them with another item but the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. If you exchange for a higher priced item, your credit card will be charged the difference.

When will the refund be processed?
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will credit the charges to your credit card minus shipping and handling, within 24-48 hours.

Can I buy a MacCase in other stores?
Yes. Please visit the retailers section. If your local reseller does not stock the MacCase line, tell them to crawl out from under the rock they've been living under and order some.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. For all international orders, customers have to choose international shipping cost. International shipping costs include international air freight, export document fees and duties imposed by your country.

When will you ship the international order?
Upon verification of your payment on file (between 24-48 hours), we will ship the merchandise via Airborne Express. We will verify every credit card payment to the issuing bank of the credit card holders. ALL FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES WILL BE REPORTED. International shipping time is typically between 3-5 business days (not guaranteed). Actual total shipping period depends on the air
courier, the processing time at the destination country's customs authority, plus the time for the payment verification processing.
